He zeroes in on "Ten Communications Lessons from the Shameful Mismanagement of Katrina" – every one of them a good one. In the interests of copyright I’m not going to repeat them…

I wonder how many companies in Silicon Valley have crisis plans in place to accommodate a similar scale of tragedy…?
