Just watched Page One on iTunes.
A newspaper guy said to me last week that he heard I didn’t think much of “print”. Couldn’t be further from the truth. Been a NYT subscriber for 15 years or so. Same for the FT. Like the AFR here in Sydney. I must read 3-5 newspapers a day.
Although how the newsagent manages to take a perfectly flat paper, roll it into a sight tube and seal it with impenetrable cellophane is just beyond me. Net result is a fight to get to a paper that won’t lay flat. And they thought all the issues were to do with the business model…
